It was a date
It was a date, and it went awesome. You guys planted the seeds of doubt as to whether or not it was a date, but I knew. So I told her, and she knew. So there!
Just being around her makes me smile, and I'm talking about that sickening Jeremy and Jessica kind of beaming. Hopefully it will last.

The only important thing on any first date is to find out if there's a second.
Glad to hear you're excited about it all though.
I'm pretty positive there will be. Actually I've been trying to convince her to come to a merge event, and I think she may actually make Gelato's on Wednesday.
Glad to hear that you got the whole "is this a date or not" thing figured out, and that it went so well. I, at least, had faith in you.
